The Char/Ram/ConfigReg plugin

The 'Modest' BLocK Memory Board plugin.
Dead bug IC with labeled underside can be seen to the upper left, piggy-backed ROMs on the right. Just to be safe, the exposed metal bottom 'tray' is partially insulated with electrical tape.

For my earlier internal expansion I had cut the rectangular opening for a larger dipswitch, then changed my mind. Originally, the 1-2-3-5 switches selected which Block 8K of RAM occupied. After the 'Modest' expansion, those switches each enabled/disabled any or all 8K Blocks. The Write Protect switches (w) were dispensed with. After all, what could go wrong?

Hopefully, these days my work is a little more precise, or at least neater.
